Aged Care Professional
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Aged Care Professional to support our residents and staff in a rural/remote area within our Residential Aged Care home.
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our team, contributing to delivering quality aged care services. Key responsibilities include:
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Reviewing and updating care plans for residents
- Conducting baseline and focussed assessments to inform care decisions
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, residents, and their families
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has current registration as an Aged Care Professional. They must also hold or be willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, Police Check, and valid Australian Work Rights.
