Residential Aged Care Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our Barcoo facility in Blackall. This role offers a rewarding experience that can positively impact the lives of residents and clients.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, operational excellence, and staff supervision. They will ensure residents receive exceptional care and quality of life by managing clinical, financial, hospitality, administration, maintenance, and lifestyle operations.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity with various personal care, therapies, and accommodation options. The candidate will work closely with regional management to ensure compliance and quality management.
About YouYou will be driven by challenges and looking for a role where your input makes a real difference to the lives of residents. You may have managed residential aged care services before or be equally enthusiastic about doing so.
To be successful, you will need:
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;
- Experience leading and mentoring a clinical care workforce in the aged care industry;
- Knowledge of accreditation systems, funding & regulatory requirements for aged care facilities;
- A current driver's licence and ability to obtain a national police certificate.
