
Rural Healthcare Professional

This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a rural setting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate person-centred care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centred care to patients in a rural setting
- Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to achieve quality care outcomes
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the needs of patients
- Contribute to the delivery of evidence-based practice and critical thinking in clinical decision-making
The ideal candidate will have recent remote and Emergency Department clinical experience, including current Advanced Life Support Accreditation. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is desirable, although willingness to undertake one is also acceptable.
