Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and managing key stakeholders;
  • Supervising and coordinating building trades to ensure effective maintenance, repair, and replacement of facilities and equipment;
  • Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures;

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Trade or tertiary qualifications;
  • Experience in managing and leading trade teams, subcontractor services, and personnel;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong understanding of project management and/or service delivery principles;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and ability to learn computerized software;

This role offers a rewarding career with opportunities for advancement. The successful candidate will be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance up to a Neg Vet Level 1. As an Australian Citizen, you will be required to hold this clearance.
