Estate Upkeep Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Upkeep Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our estate.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing in-house teams and external contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and operational regulations.

  • Manage and coordinate teams of in-house staff and external contractors.
  • Issue permits-to-work and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks and pre-start meetings for clear communication.
  • Perform post-work quality inspections and audits.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating teams of in-house staff and external contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Maintenance Scheduling and Compliance

You will work closely with the Base Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Safety and Environmental Regulations

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, including issuing permits-to-work and conducting regular inspections.

About You:

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of safety regulations and experience in issuing permits-to-work. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
