Administration and Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Administration and Customer Service Officer to join our Kawana (Rockhampton) team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to external customers
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Act as a liaison between operations, finance, sales, and site personnel
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and data analysis
- Process purchase orders and invoices, and assist with accounts and payroll functions
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and on-site personnel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with repetitive tasks
- Experience with JDE, Coupa, and Fleet Safety First software is advantageous
- Strong time management and organizational skills
