About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Administration and Customer Service Officer to join our Kawana (Rockhampton) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to external customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Act as a liaison between operations, finance, sales, and site personnel
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and data analysis
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, and assist with accounts and payroll functions
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and on-site personnel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with repetitive tasks
  • Experience with JDE, Coupa, and Fleet Safety First software is advantageous
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
