We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and satisfaction.


In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to drive value realization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support.
  • Success Planning: Collaborate with customers to develop and execute customized success plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product suite and utilize this knowledge to assist customers with adoption and feature utilization.
  • Risk Management: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and threat landscapes, advising customers on best practices for managing risk and optimizing their applications and integrations.
  • Business Acumen: Proactively own your book of business, monitoring customer health and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, risk mitigation, and churn prevention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences throughout their journey.
  • Voice of the Customer: Provide actionable insights and feedback to senior stakeholders, influencing product development, support, and overall customer experience.
