Master Craftsman Wanted for Bespoke Joinery and Furniture Manufacturing

This is a bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturing role that requires an experienced cabinetmaker/jointer to manage jobs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
- Implement and improve production processes with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability when required.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position at our factory. Working hours are 7am-3.30pm Monday - Friday, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of cabinetmaking experience, with knowledge of lean systems and CNC operations beneficial.
- Joinery skills and attention to detail essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
