About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturing to manage projects from start to finish.

Effective planning skills are essential to anticipate outcomes and implement solution-based approaches.

  • Job involves managing custom joinery and furniture production projects, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Implement and improve processes with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for additional hours.

We offer a permanent full-time position with standard working hours Monday-Friday at our factory, along with opportunities for overtime.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in cabinetmaking.
  • Joinery knowledge is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with lean systems is an advantage.
  • CNC and Edgebander operation skills are advantageous.
