Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled cabinetmaker/joiner to manage jobs from start to finish in bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working independently and in a team with flexibility for overtime. Strong customer service focus, lean systems knowledge, CNC and edgebander operation skills are beneficial but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage jobs from start to finish including design, production, and delivery
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Implement and improve processes to meet customer needs
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of cabinetmaking experience
  • Joinery knowledge preferred
  • Lean systems knowledge beneficial
  • CNC and Edgebander operation beneficial
