The Role

As a cabinetmaker/joiner with some experience, you will manage jobs from start to finish. You will anticipate outcomes and work solution-based. Good planning skills are essential, as is the ability to implement and improve processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage jobs from start to finish in bespoke joinery and furniture manufacturing.
  • Implement and improve processes with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Work independently and in a team, with flexibility for overtime.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of cabinetmaking experience.
  • Joinery knowledge preferred.
  • Lean systems knowledge beneficial.
  • CNC and Edgebander operation beneficial.
