Dynamic Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a pivotal member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of daily activities in our food and beverage department. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to work effectively with staff will ensure that every guest receives an unforgettable experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage everyday activities and plan tasks ensuring the right staffing numbers are always available.
  • Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching, feedback, and creating performance goals.
  • Train colleagues to deliver service with compliance and to the expected standards.
  • Recommend or initiate HR-related actions where necessary.
  • Ensure all food and beverage equipment is operational and regularly cleaned.
  • Maintain clean and properly stocked food and beverage facilities, including banquet/convention spaces.
  • Monitor expenses with a focus on food, beverage, and labour costs.
  • Identify additional sales opportunities with the catering office to enhance revenue.
  • Drive promotions that deliver great dining experiences for guests at a good value.

What We Need from You:

We require candidates who are available across a 7-day roster, particularly PM shifts. Previous experience in a full-time F&B role, preferably in a hotel or luxury restaurant environment, is essential.
