Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic professional to lead our Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a track record of growing and developing talent, and be a motivated and outgoing person who thrives in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Food & Beverage Outlets, including Locavore Restaurant, Epoche Lounge Bar, The Conservatory, In-Room Dining, and Conference & Events.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of our Food & Beverage Outlets
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work across a 7-day rotating roster
- Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences
