Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Utilize condition monitoring data to identify, quantify, analyze, and solve issues for clients
  • Provide business development and growth within the branch, providing technical support and direction
  • Maintain and utilize customer mapping and quotation registers to support sales growth
  • Advise technical recommendations to the mechanical/splicing service division
  • Develop accurate and comprehensive client reports on belt/conveyor efficiencies and recommendations on how to achieve optimum efficiencies

About You:

  • Qualification in a mechanical or engineering discipline
  • Ideal LS license to use radiation equipment or license to use LX equipment
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Conveyor industry knowledge including general conveyor belt maintenance, belt splicing, rubber lining, and lagging
  • Proven knowledge of NDT techniques, methods, and devices
  • Knowledge of total quality management policies and procedures
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Hold Full Australian Work rights
