Role Summary

We are seeking skilled Conveyor Technicians to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

About the Role

This role will involve maintaining and repairing conveyor belt systems, cleaning and adjusting primary and secondary cleaners, ploughs, and water control units, completing conveyor safety and operational inspections, and adhering to workplace health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing conveyor belt systems associated components including scrapers, roller frames, skirting systems, belt cleaning systems, belt tracking units, transfer chutes, and conveyor structures
  • Cleaning and adjusting primary and secondary cleaners, ploughs, and water control units
  • Completing conveyor safety and operational inspections

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • High Risk Work Licence including Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging etc
  • Confined Spaces ticket
  • Working at Heights ticket
  • Gas Test Atmospheres ticket
