Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proactive in implementing high-quality programs that reflect the EYLF framework.

  • Program Development: Plan and implement a quality program that reflects the EYLF framework.
  • Communication: Develop open communication with educators, children, and families.
  • Childcare and Education: Provide physical care, assisting children in daily routines and mealtimes. Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development.
  • Learning Environment: Create indoor and outdoor learning environments that provide children with opportunities to explore, experiment, create, take risks, and play.
  • Play and Learning: Foster children's play through weaving their emerging interests with professional expertise.
  • Emotional Support: Respond to the emotional needs of the children.

This role is ideal for someone who is experienced and passionate about working with our Nursery and Toddler friends (0-2 years).

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent English Communication Skills;
  • Proactive and able to use their own initiative when required;
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF framework and early childhood education principles;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
