**Your role**

Chatterbox Dutton Park is looking for a passionate permanent Full Time Toddler Lead Educator to join the team. Chatterbox is a newly opened service with 4 rooms (Nursery - Kindy) with a license to have 59 children per day.

The successful applicant will be required to work as a Toddler Lead Educator, delivering a play based educational program, using the Early Years Learning Framework and work collaboratively with all team members and families to obtain positive outcomes for the children within the learning environment. Excellent communication skills are necessary to create professional relationships with Centre families and the Centre Team.

As Lead Educator you will be responsible for the education and care of the Toddler group (1:4 ratio - 8 children per day) and leading and guiding educators within your teaching team.
- What you will need _
- A current blue card (Paid)
- Diploma or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and studying Diploma.
- Experience as a Lead Educator preferred.
- Positive, professional and nurturing work ethic.
- First Aid and CPR certificate

**Salary**: Up to $34.00 per hour
