Return to Work Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage our return to work programs and related projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in facilitating the early and safe return to work of employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex return to work cases through early identification of return to work barriers and implementation of effective strategies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implementing injury management programs for NSW - Metro & Regional
  • Providing end-to-end return to work management services
  • Developing tailored return to work plans to facilitate an early and safe return to work
  • Conducting workplace assessments and creating Job Task Analysis

You will be required to build strong relationships with employees, medical professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
