We are seeking an individual with expertise in return-to-work planning and rehabilitation or allied health, as well as experience in occupational rehab in a workers' compensation or insurer setting. A strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to engage and influence at all organisational levels are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective return-to-work strategies that achieve outcomes.
  • Engage in weekly data review and remediation to ensure accurate return-to-work data to support results.
  • Oversee rehabilitation providers to ensure effective return-to-work solutions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including claims staff, other technical specialists, workplace rehabilitation providers, and medical professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in return-to-work planning and rehabilitation or allied health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
