All Family Nursing Care is a nursing and disability support provider serving Brisbane, Queensland.

We offer comprehensive mental health support, drug and alcohol management, and community nursing services. We also support participants of the NDIS scheme in their homes, empowering individuals to be as independent as possible, thereby giving them more choices and control over their lives.

As part of our commitment to supporting vulnerable community members, we now provide specialised services for children and young people under the Department of Child Services, especially those at risk, vulnerable, or in out-of-home care.

The role is based on-site in Ipswich and covers services across Brisbane.

Who we are seeking:

We are expanding our team and have created a Service Delivery Manager position to support this growth.

· Ideally, you will have experience managing a team of Coordinators and Support Workers delivering disability and child safety support services in clients' homes and/or in SIL environments.

· You will be passionate about supporting people to live their best lives.

· You are caring and capable, with a knack for developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure quality service delivery.

· You are a skilled communicator, able to manage communication with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

· You are a natural leader, adept at managing performance, mitigating risks, and creating sustainable solutions.

· You possess excellent multitasking and time management skills.

· You are receptive to constructive feedback and have a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

What we are offering:

A competitive salary in the range of $120,000 to $130,000 for the right candidate.

A supportive team environment with structured support from Directors, Team Leaders, and colleagues to help you succeed.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

· Previous experience as a Service Delivery, Business, Operations, or Manager overseeing multidisciplinary teams or business units.

· Proven experience managing people and performance, including leading, training, and mentoring team members.

· Experience in creating, implementing, and overseeing client-focused service delivery.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

· Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask to maximize productivity.

· Demonstrated approach to continuous improvement.

· Experience managing audit processes, particularly with NDIS.

· Current Disability Worker Screening Check and Blue Card.

· A current, unrestricted Queensland Driver's Licence.

· A National Police Certificate.
