Job Description:

We are seeking a Charitable Entity Specialist Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to advise on the establishment and management of charitable entities. You will work closely with experienced partners to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structuring and establishing charitable entities for philanthropists, charities, and not-for-profits
  • Eligibility for tax concessions and ACNC regulation
  • Corporate governance and compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:
