Job Opportunity: Change Communication Expert

As a Change Communication Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective change communication and engagement activities to support the implementation of large-scale projects.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to engage stakeholders and drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted communication initiatives.
  • Craft compelling messages and materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to workgroups on effective communication practices.
  • Work closely with the Communications team to develop and disseminate key project information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading change communications and engagement on complex projects or programs.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write quickly and accurately, as well as manage risk and issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging content for digital channels and social media platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of best-practice approaches and frameworks in transformation communication and engagement.
  • Understanding of change management and project management methodologies, as well as business integration processes and strategies.
