We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our organisation as a part-time HR Business Partner.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to be part of a rapidly expanding automotive group.

As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.

Collaborating closely with leadership, you will provide expert advice on performance management practices, industrial and employee relations matters.

Key responsibilities include supporting managers in resolving employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and interpreting awards.

You will also have the opportunity to partner with leadership to lead organisational and cultural change initiatives.

A tertiary qualification in HR or a relevant field, along with extensive Human Resource experience, is essential for this role.
