Defense Litigation Opportunity

Rare and exciting chance to join a leading law firm on a secondment with the Department of Defence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation and disputes or administrative law, preferably within the Commonwealth government.

About the Role

This unique opportunity involves working closely with Defense counsel on a range of issues, including investigations, commissions, coronial matters, commercial disputes, regulatory matters, mediation, and arbitration.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation and disputes or administrative law
  • Experience working in the Commonwealth government or with the Department of Defense highly regarded
  • Current Commonwealth security clearance at NV1 (preferred) or Baseline (minimum)
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a supportive team
