Financial Services Cost Modelling Specialist

A seasoned Management Accountant is sought to provide financial planning and investment analysis across IMT services.
This opportunity focuses on cost modelling, financial forecasting, and business case development for key projects and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed cost estimates for IMT services, including resources, software licences, and managed service providers.
- Lead financial models to support new capabilities, emerging projects, and service catalogue initiatives.
- Deliver financial insights to Directors on cost efficiencies and productivity improvements.
- Support business case development with ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
- Monitor budgets, forecast expenditures, and report on cost variances.
- Collaborate with Finance and IMT teams to align financial planning with operational service delivery.
- Contribute to cross-branch initiatives with a focus on cost optimisation and improved resource allocation.
- Proven experience in cost modelling, financial forecasting, and business case support.
- Strong understanding of IMT services and investment analysis in a government context.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operational and project stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- CPA/CA qualification is desirable.
