Job Title:

Lead Capital Works Manager

About the Role:

This strategic leadership position oversees the delivery of capital and asset improvement initiatives in a natural setting.

  • Manage a team to deliver high-priority projects including visitor asset renewals, road improvements, and operational infrastructure enhancements.

The ideal candidate has experience in leading complex capital works or infrastructure projects, strong leadership skills, and expertise in procurement, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.

They will also have an understanding of asset management principles and relevant qualifications in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field.
