Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to join our Energy Services team based in Port Kembla. This is a key leadership role that requires a high level of technical expertise and experience in electrical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-skilled Electrical team to provide electrical maintenance requirements for a wide range of indigenous and natural gas fired boilers and rotating equipment.
  • Provide technical expertise on challenges with equipment and manage the team's success through their performance and productivity.
  • Act as an interface for major capital projects, supporting site construction and managing commissioning phase and maintenance works.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trade.
  • An electrical licence.
  • A commitment to safety and wellbeing.
  • Experience working in a similar industry within Electrical Maintenance, with a strong focus on defect elimination and equipment reliability.
  • Proficient experience with PLCs and motor control systems.
  • Experience in maintenance coordination and collaboration with multiple internal and external customers.
