Commercial Asset Manager

Take your career to the next level as a commercial asset manager in Brisbane. You'll oversee day-to-day operations across a sought-after precinct of commercial buildings, ensuring everything runs smoothly and delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.
This hands-on, relationship-focused role involves managing maintenance and operation of all building services and systems, implementing preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, coordinating contractors and vendors for quality, timely service delivery, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and enhance occupant experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain all building services and systems
- Implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reactive repairs
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate and manage contractors and vendors for quality service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance tenant satisfaction
We're seeking a confident FM with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills. You should have experience managing A-grade or multi-site commercial buildings, solid technical knowledge of building services and maintenance planning, strong contractor management capabilities, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
