As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge enterprise systems and solutions that drive business growth and success.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, engineering solutions, and ensuring our systems are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include driving the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion, internal and 3rd-party apps in our ecosystems to enable our new Operating Model, supporting design, development, and implementation of end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements, collaborating with business partners to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions, analyzing current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps, leading the design and implementation of system-centric projects, working with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into the company's infrastructure, working with internal/external development teams to build out custom solutions if we decide to build rather than buy, providing guidance and support to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices, including training and documentation, and maintaining a deep understanding of emerging trends and best practices.

• 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
• Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs.
• AUS Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
