System Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of critical systems that drive business success.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects and working effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the deployment and adoption of Oracle Fusion solutions across the enterprise.
  • Support, design, develop, and implement E2E Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into the infrastructure.
  • Work with internal/external development teams to build out custom solutions if needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs.
  • AUS Person status required as this position needs access to export-controlled data.

This role requires a high level of expertise in system architecture, implementation, and maintenance.
