Job Description

This role is responsible for driving compliance, operational efficiency, and analysis in a fast-growing private credit fund.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and process capital calls/redemptions with precision to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and distribute investor reports, board packs, and compliance documentation to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in line with regulatory, AML, and trust deed obligations.
  • Monitor and report compliance breaches or incidents, ensuring prompt resolution to mitigate risks.
  • Perform financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with regulators and licensing bodies to develop and maintain an effective compliance framework.
Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • 3–4 years' experience in funds management, investment operations, or compliance – private credit or property lending experience highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of fund compliance requirements, including regulatory, AML, and trust deed obligations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with financial data.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
