Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to support the effective delivery of compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The role involves monitoring compliance status, identifying and resolving gaps, and providing administrative and operational support to the Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating crew records, including training, qualifications, licences, and regulatory credentials. They will also collaborate with relevant operational teams to ensure compliance with Jetstar policy and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Maintain and update crew records, including training, qualifications, licences, and regulatory credentials;
  • Monitor compliance status and identify areas for improvement;
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Manager;

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma in a relevant field (Aviation/Business/Administration) or equivalent experience;
  • Knowledge and understanding of airline operations and aviation compliance/legislation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently;
