Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist and Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our organization's compliance frameworks are robust, efficient, and aligned with relevant policies and legislation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain our compliance framework, identifying and addressing compliance matters under limited direction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate assets and equipment.
  • Establish and manage an internal auditing capability to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate reporting on compliance to our leadership team.
  • Manage record keeping and coordination of resources, including equipment, vehicles, and other assets.
  • Lead the procurement of assets and equipment (including vehicles).

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and compliance frameworks. Knowledge of our industry is highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • A full and current Victorian driver's licence or a minimum P2 driver's licence.
  • Knowledge of logistics and compliance frameworks is desirable.
