Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective oversight of the MR5 Contract Management team, supporting auditing, compliance and reporting activities.

The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development, planning and delivery of the MR5 contract management audit program and framework. This includes conducting audits using a risk-based approach, providing assurance that the Tram Operator is meeting contractual obligations, and contributing to audit reports with well-articulated and evidence-based findings.

The position also involves monitoring and reporting on the health of the contract through the management and analysis of compliance and operational data. This includes working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual targets are being met, preparing reports with actionable insights that inform decision making, and fostering continuous improvement across all areas of the Franchise.

In addition, the Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing development, management and integrity of the Business Information System (BIS) for the MR5 contract, including the administration of user access, data management and reporting functions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant qualification and/or related experience in auditing, contract management and/or assurance is mandatory.
  • Competency in reporting, data analysis and presentation is mandatory.
  • A strong working knowledge of electronic document record management systems, including Content Manager, Outlook, TRIM, Affinitext and Lotus Notes is mandatory.
