Disability Support Role

The role involves providing domestic assistance services to customers, working independently and as part of a team, and maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills are required to interact with a diverse range of customers, families, carers, community agencies, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering quality support services that meet individual needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability, or other relevant qualification and/or experience
  • Experience working with seniors, individuals on mental health recovery journeys, and those living with disability
