At BaptistCare, we seek an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care at our centre. This permanent part-time position involves planning, implementing and coordinating individualized Resident Care Plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality professional nursing care consistently meeting or exceeding patient expectations.
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to our team of care staff.
- Plan, organize and implement personalized care in accordance with individual Resident Care Plans.
- A qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 2 years post-basic nursing experience.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
