Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient-centred care in clinic and home settings.
About the Role- You will be responsible for delivering wound care services including catheter changes and port flushes.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams and communities across coastal and rural locations.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with a recognized professional body.
- A motivated and compassionate healthcare professional with excellent communication skills.
- You will be supported by a dedicated Nurse Unit Manager who will guide and mentor you.
- Gain hands-on experience with support from our Wound Management Specialist.
- Access ongoing education and development through our Clinical Nurse Educator.
