This is a leadership position where you will oversee the operational lifecycle of programs, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Responsibilities- Lead program launches, aligning operational elements with strategic goals and partner expectations.
- Drive workflow efficiency through CRM optimization and targeted training to support consistent system use.
- Oversee student communications and engagement, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the placement journey.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with teams to align workflows, allocate resources, and implement processes.
- Champion scalable operational practices that respond to evolving business needs.
- Tertiary degree in Business or equivalent level of experience.
- Demonstrated project management expertise.
- Experience in adult learning principles.
- Understanding of CRM capabilities and field needs.
- Familiarity with data capture and reporting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding listening and comprehension skills.
