The Lifecycle Project Coordinator role is a critical component of our lifecycle management team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the introduction and removal of products from the market, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions to our operations.
Oversee all printed materials associated with our products, including packaging, labels, and leaflets, throughout their entire lifecycle.
Serve as a subject matter expert on printed materials during audits and investigations, providing valuable insights and expertise.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to global projects, enhancing our processes and outcomes.
Support vendor changes and resolve supply chain issues, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure their success.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in business or a related field is essential for this role.
Strong project management and organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience working in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Knowledge of GMP, change control systems, and regulatory labeling requirements is highly beneficial but not essential.
