- Join forces with the content team to create awesome, relatable content.
- Set up automated customer journeys - onboarding, re-engagement, and win-backs.
- Get cozy with user data to personalize their efforts.
- Keep an eagle eye on KPIs and A/B test for perfection.
- Collaborate with the product team for cool in-app features.
- Stay in the loop on industry trends.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing (2+ years), especially in education or tech.
- Be a wizz on marketing automation tools (Braze is a big plus)
- Data geek with solid analytical skills.
- A way with words - your communication is on point
- Creative thinker who's all about killer campaigns.
- Team player - we're all in this together.
- Bonus: Know the education sector
