Facilities Coordinator Role Overview

This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to extend and is strongly encouraged for internal candidates seeking a career advancement opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • They will manage and delegate maintenance requests, track performance metrics, and ensure timely completion of work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Support the facilities team with procurement, invoice reconciliation, and budgeting tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental policies and oversee contractor performance.
  • Take ownership of monthly and quarterly reporting and ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Candidates should have experience in facilities coordination or corporate property services.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CMMS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and Power BI.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Flows is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid financial acumen and an understanding of compliance frameworks.
