Maintenance Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our hotel's maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine repair work and maintenance in and about the hotel.
- Anticipate and attend to guests' needs immediately, offering a warm welcome as they enter and depart the hotel.
- Work with other members of the maintenance team, taking responsibility for work carried out.
- Initiate tasks and take charge in all aspects of the Engineering Department and Hotel operations.
- Respond promptly to calls for assistance and communicate actions taken.
- Ensure public areas are consistently safe and equipment is operating correctly.
- Log all defects and work or repairs carried out.
- Communicate with the Maintenance Manager regarding urgent and/or dangerous facility matters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and tools.
