About The Role

This is an opportunity to join one of Australia's largest independent providers of residential aged care as a Casual Lifestyle Services Coordinator.

As a Lifestyle Services Officer you'll be responsible for providing support and assistance to residents in meeting their individual lifestyle goals, needs and choices to enhance their overall quality of life.

  • Assist with the design, delivery and monitoring of group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies for residents.
  • Coordinate individual and group activities and therapies.
  • Ensure recreational activities, therapies and documentation comply with Aged Care Standards and relevant Acts, legal and ethical standards.
Key Requirements

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Cert 3 in Individual Support (essential).
  • Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to take initiative, innovate, and coordinate creative and engaging programs.
  • Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts.
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • COVID & Influenza Vaccinations.
