Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional workplace experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for experience-focused services, including soft services, amenity programming, customer experience training, and operations.
  • Manage day-to-day service delivery, client communication, and local team performance to ensure seamless execution across programs.

A snapshot of the role includes:
• Working closely with leadership and clients to understand goals, objectives, and focus areas for Workplace / Employee Experience.
• Delivering and implementing global workplace experience strategic plans, aligning key stakeholders.
• Managing a local team to ensure consistent execution across the program.
• Developing annual local business plans, projects, and initiatives using data analytics and benchmarking.

This position requires:
• 3-5 years prior experience in experience services, hospitality, events, facility or property management, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate or hospitality industry, preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service, inspiring others, proven leadership skills, and success leading remote teams.
• Strong analytical/financial aptitude. Ability to gather data, assess situations, quickly develop solutions, and extract complex information for decision-making.
• Proficient skills in G-Suite. Jira and Coupa skills are a plus.
