Immersive Workplace Experience Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to deliver exceptional workplace experiences in our client's headquarters in Sydney.

This dynamic role is at the heart of creating unforgettable interactions for visitors and occupants, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences that align with our client's brand and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the arrival experience, crafting engaging and personalized interactions that reflect our client's values and aesthetic.
  • Pursue operational excellence for workplace experiences, fostering a 'happy to help' atmosphere across all touch points.
  • Effectively administer the workplace, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, and break-out areas, with precision and accuracy.
  • Support maintaining the client areas to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees and visitors.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, specializing in customer-centric events, preferably within luxury or hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments.
  • Results-driven professional with strong communication skills and impeccable presentation, paying attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to assess and prioritize workload within deadline-driven environments, adapting to changing priorities when necessary.
  • A team player who thrives on collaboration, working together to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success.
