Workplace Experience Professional Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service experiences to employees and guests of a designated building. This role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About The Workplace Experience Role
  • Provide first-class service as the primary point of contact for those entering the facility, issuing visitor and parking passes, and following security protocols.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor when answering the telephone, creating presentations, and communicating with various-sized groups.
  • Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders, coordinate workplace services, including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  • Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner, providing effective solutions.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setup and teardown, and delivery of supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying relevant parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Collaborate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
  • Clearly communicate complex information within the team and follow specific directions given by the manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Able to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
