Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience with warehouse management systems, preferably SAP EWM, Manhattan, Microlistics or similar, and a background working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with over 15,000 pallet spaces.

  • Empower team leaders and managers with actionable data to drive local improvements.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor warehouse process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize improvement opportunities using structured problem-solving tools.
  • Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights to enhance warehouse and supply chain performance.
  • Challenge existing processes and standards to uncover inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and facilitating cross-functional CI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.
  • Communicating KPI trends and CI outcomes clearly to all levels of the organization to foster transparency and accountability.
  • Building strong working relationships with operations teams to understand pain points and co-create solutions.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating workshops and feedback sessions to encourage participation and ownership of CI initiatives.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and trend reviews to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Redesigning processes and workflows to eliminate waste and improve throughput.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, training, and recognition of CI efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with creating query-based data analytics (Qlik, Tableau, Power Query, SQL).
  • Time management, organisational and planning skills; ability to prioritise workload.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative, well-organised with a "can-do" attitude.
