**Inventory Management Specialist**

Our organization is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to play a vital role in the efficient management of our inventory. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to operate and navigate SAP EWM or other Warehouse Management Systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Investigate daily inventory discrepancies and errors, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Prepare and conduct regular cycle counting activities for the calendar year, minimizing stock discrepancies and errors.
  • Assist with quarantine, damage review, disposal, credit, and returns inventory management, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory adjustments and approvals, providing transparency and accountability.
  • Provide analytical support and develop reports for metric collection, driving data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with business planning teams on inventory requirements, fostering alignment and efficiency.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within warehouse and inventory management, promoting consistency and compliance.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure inventory processes are followed, maintaining high inventory accuracy.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate and navigate SAP EWM or other WMS.
  • Effective team player, planner, and organizer.
