Warehouse Operations Specialist

This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, meeting their needs and delivering value-added experiences.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, contributing to its smooth functioning and achieving operational excellence.
  • Load customer orders onto trucks for distribution, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Manage stock movements, maintaining accurate records and optimizing stock levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Carry out various warehouse tasks such as order picking, inventory counts, and general housekeeping, promoting a safe and organized working environment.
  • Unload inbound stock deliveries, efficiently processing and storing goods.
  • Ensure all documentation, labelling, and product presentation meet high standards, reflecting positively on the company's image.
About You
  • You should possess a current forklift license and sufficient experience, along with a valid driver's license.
  • Be able to lift and move heavy products as required, demonstrating manual handling skills.
  • Display a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures, upholding a culture of responsibility and care.
  • Exercise strong communication and listening skills, building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
