About the Role

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our digital transformation project, shaping the future of our web platform and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our project team, you'll work closely with IT, developers, and testers to design and implement user-centred solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop user-centred design solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct customer research and user experience testing to inform design decisions.
  • Analyse user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.
  • Participate in competitor and customer analysis to develop solutions that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Lead and work with digital delivery teams to refine the live customer experience and develop customer value propositions.
About You
  • You'll have a relevant tertiary qualification and previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of website development and design principles.
  • You'll be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • You'll have strong visual communication skills and technical expertise in Figma.
  • You'll have knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and usability.
  • You'll be an effective communicator, able to articulate design decisions and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
